• Offline Local Data Persistence: The Application stores your learning progress, quiz scores, custom text sizes, and certificates locally on your device using an Android Room Database and SharedPreferences. This data stays entirely on your phone and is not transmitted to our servers.
• Student Name for Certificates: If you successfully complete our learning models (such as the Cyber Security final assessment), you may voluntarily input your name to generate a custom completion certificate. This name is strictly stored on your local device storage and is only used to render the certificate image.
• External Links: The Application contains links to our official websites (e.g., igttechcollege.com) for support and additional guidance. When clicking these links, you will be directed to your web browser, which operates under its own separate privacy conditions.

3. Device Permissions

The Application may request the following standard Android permissions to provide diagnostic features and external support:

• Internet Access: Used exclusively to open web URLs when you seek external guidance or contact our support team.
• Vibrate Permission: Used during device hardware diagnostics (such as screens and vibration testing in the "Ibikoresho" panel) to verify hardware components.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We do not integrate third-party trackers, analytics suites, or automated data harvesting systems that compromise your privacy.

This Application is safe for all audiences, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. All user progress, learning tracks, and custom names remain completely offline within your local device and can be erased instantly inside the Application settings.

6. User Control and Data Deletion

You have total control over your local data. You can delete all your accumulated scores, quiz answers, and registered completion names at any time by navigating to the "Settings" (Amagenamiterere) tab in the Application and choosing "Reset Progress" (Gufuta progress yose). This will permanently wipe all local database records.
